Tips for Efficient Use¶
- Use the site selector to focus on one location at a time — this filters projects, staff, and equipment to the relevant site
- Zoom to fit — Use Quarter (Q) or Year (Y) view for high-level overview, then Week (W) for detailed scheduling
- Custom columns are great for tracking metadata like priority, budget codes, or risk levels
- Import ICS files to quickly load team vacations from Outlook — much faster than manual entry
- What-If mode is invaluable for planning ahead — experiment with allocations without disrupting the live schedule
- Check online users to see who else is viewing the same data — helps coordinate real-time changes
